If you get locked out during office hours, we can assist.  Unfortunately, if the lock-out is after office hours and the Emergency Response Maintenance Technician is dispatched, the resident will be informed that there will be a charge for letting them into their apartment/townhome after hours. We will not dispatch our staff for lockouts after 10:00 PM.

The fees for having pets are as follows:

• For cats, there's a one-time fee of $300 and a monthly rent of $25.
• For dogs, there's a one-time fee of $300 and a monthly rent of $50.
