Before moving in, units are painted and professionally cleaned as well as carpets are shampooed, in addition to preventative maintenance.

On-site maintenance is from Monday - Friday, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m

You are not required to be, but absolutely welcome to be!

If you get locked out during office hours, we can assist.  Unfortunately, if the lock-out is after office hours and the Emergency Response Maintenance Technician is dispatched, the resident will be informed that there will be a charge for letting them into their apartment/townhome after hours. We will not dispatch our staff for lockouts after 10:00 PM.

That depends on what type of decorating! Check with Management!

We have an array of amenities at 700 Central, including a large rooftop lounge and deck overseeing the Minneapolis sky scape, grill stations, an expansive fitness room, community lounge, business room, coffee machine, outdoor pet run, heat-tempered garage parking, pet spa, and first-floor restaurant! 

Yes - we have both outdoor and garage parking. Contact the leasing office for availability! 

Every apartment has its own washer and dryer in the unit. 

Yes! We love our furry friends! 

There's a $50 per month fee and at or before the move-in, there is a one-time $300 pet fee as well as a $200 pet deposit.

We do not have weight restrictions, although we do have breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office for details.

We have an outdoor pet run area!

Standard appliances involve a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

The fitness center is open 24/7

We have several cardio machines and strength training equipment within our gym. 

The only fee is to rent the LaBelle Lounge.  We do abide by Hennepin County quiet hours.

We are in office Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00pm, Wed & Thurs until 6:00pm & by appointment Sat & Sun.

You can certainly add a roommate, but we do not allow subleasing.

All lease buy-outs must be approved by an RPM. Once approved, you will pay a 2-month break lease fee as well as give a 60-day notice to vacate.

There are several restaurants, shops and landmarks in our Northeast neighborhood, all within walking distance!

Relish is in our first floor level of 700 Central! They offer all-day coffee, and are also open for lunch, dinner and evening.
