Maintenance & Repairs
Before moving in, units are painted and professionally cleaned as well as carpets are shampooed, in addition to preventative maintenance.
On-site maintenance is from Monday - Friday, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m
Putting in a work order on the resident portal is preferred!
Place a work order on the resident portal & we will respond with a window of when maintenance will be out!
You are not required to be, but absolutely welcome to be!
If you get locked out during office hours, we can assist. Unfortunately, if the lock-out is after office hours and the Emergency Response Maintenance Technician is dispatched, the resident will be informed that there will be a charge for letting them into their apartment/townhome after hours. We will not dispatch our staff for lockouts after 10:00 PM.

Yes! We love our furry friends!
The fees for having pets are as follows:
- For cats, there's a one-time fee of $300 and a monthly rent of $25.
- For dogs, there's a one-time fee of $300 and a monthly rent of $50.
We do not have weight restrictions, although we do have breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office for details.

All packages get delivered to the designated package areas of both 700 Lofts and Flats, depending on which building you live in.
